Inquiries & Quotes
Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or otherwise reaching out does not create a contract for services. Any written estimate we provide is valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after a written estimate has been accepted and any required deposit received.
Services & Workmanship
We provide interior finish work, renovations, and finish carpentry services as described on this site. We perform our work in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with the standards of the trade. Specific scope, materials, timelines, and pricing for each project are set out in the written estimate or contract for that project, which controls in the event of any conflict with this site's general descriptions.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in the written estimate or contract for each project. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as permitted by South Dakota law.
Photography
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, marketing, and on this website. We do not publish customer names, addresses, or other identifying information without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is the property of Pitras or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
