Floor Refinishing
Existing hardwood almost always has more life in it than people realize. We sand back to clean wood on-site, then build up stain, sealer, and topcoat layers matched to the species and the way the room is actually used.

Inspect & repair
Loose boards, gaps, and damaged planks get addressed before sanding begins.

Multi-grit sanding
Coarse-to-fine grit passes take the floor back to fresh wood with no swirl marks.

Stain & seal
Test patches let you see the color in your light before we commit to the whole floor.
04
Topcoat
Two to three coats of waterborne or oil-modified poly, buffed between coats.
